When it comes to glitch, I don't think it took that hard to learn as it's simply someone riding a donkey leaves the game while someone else is in its inventory. Compared to most duplication glitches it's really simple.

you ought to host a "weird minecraft speedrun" contest. like we would come up with our own categories and speedrun them, then you'd feature your favourite runs in a video. it'd give you free content and we'd also get involved

Mining a chunk, try it with 1.18 down to -60 and you'll send yourself mad as it doubles the number of blocks you need to break and with a pickaxe the deepslate takes twice as long to break as stone so you're looking at about three times longer to do it as older versions down to 4.

Yeah but you can search for chucks that are laced with huge cave openings that free up a LOT of space already.

i bet ss has the potential to be a lot quicker though, because you could find a seed that spawns you on top of a massive surface-to-bedrock cave

But on 1.18, or whichever version moss blocks are added, players can convert stone into moss using bonemeal and istamine the moss with a stone hoe, so it's not that much slower, perhaps even faster if you have a good seed.

I want to submit my biggest achievement I've ever done in Minecraft, and that is, when I was live-streaming on my other channel, we were making a new Minecraft survival world, and when we created it, I literally spawned next to a village. And then I started mining a tree and under it I found a huge cave, and 15 minutes and 47 seconds after the world's creation I got a diamond.
