I would buy that house. With climate change, more and more power lines are getting dug down, as storms are getting more frequent. There are also a plus side to living next to one. When a hurricane level storm hit this area, the power went out for weeks, except for one little green dot on the map and that was my house as the line supplies an international airport 35 kilometres away (so it's top priority). My neighbours came to my house to charge their phones.
