I was a Burger King supervisor a decade ago (before permanent disabilities, a blessing in disguise honestly, mostly bedridden now) and I can’t begin to tell you how often folk screamed at me because of utter BS. It could be out of date coupons which was _obviously_ my fault, £0.99 burgers, something completely out of my control price wise, the kids area not being “as good as McDonald’s” where a wifie had a proper meltdown over this once. Or one time a man threatening to fight my staff for BS reasons because his annoying brat of a kid was crying because he couldn’t get the entire kids soft play area to himself, like we had parents complaining politely that a kid was biting/scratching/kicking/pinching/spitting at other kids because he wanted to have the kids area to himself, he was told “no” by me and his father then got in my face and threatened to fight other staff. Thankfully we had a panic button under the till so I just pressed it quietly and he was arrested soon after (small town in NE Scotland, police station not even 5 mins away). After he was arrested and the kids mother angrily took the kid away with her, after literally doing nothing the entire time and ignoring her kids behaviour, she screamed at us “ENJOY CLEANING UP AFTER MY SON, NOW NOBODY CAN PLAY”. Yup, steaming pile of piss down the slide, because he couldn’t have it to himself. Sadly people behaving like actual nightmares because they can’t get their own way? Far too common in the service industry.

I know a guy (let's call him "K") across the street who never has any money, despite a rather generous social security system. Supposedly he was a cool guy 15 years ago (which is why he's allowed to hang with us occasionally), but something happened and by now he's acting like a really dumb child. - One neighbor seriously dislikes K and explicitly didn't invite him to a party. A normal person might take the hint, but not K. He waited for other guests to arrive and got in this way. As a present he brought a piece of cake wrapped in tissue paper, which he transported in his pocket. "How ungrateful you are, throwing me out, even though I brought you something." - On another party, K ran into somebody who really hates him, but he thought it would be a good idea to talk about it. The other dude warned him several times to leave him alone, before eventually slamming K on a table. To this very day K tells the story and how unjustified this was, even though everybody who knows the full story disagrees. - K was looking for somebody with a car, because he had been collecting old newspapers for a while. Why? Turns out somebody will pay around 5cents per KG of paper. We had to do the math twice to convince him this wouldn't even cover the gas needed. - K played in a band, which shared the room with another and he knew everyone pretty well. He abandoned one for no apparent reason and tried to get into the other one months later. He also knew that we'd need to move to a new room soon and when he learned about the date of the move, his reply was: "I think I'd just be in the way, but I'd like to play with you once you're done". - On one occasion K snuck onto a jewish wedding, probably to get to the buffet. According to him he was thrown out for "asking too many questions". I don't wanna know what those questions were. - K actually had a pretty nifty piece of old hardware, which he never used. Sold it to a friend for a few hundred bucks, told him he'd be buying some beer tonight and everybody was happy. Just 8 hours later he shows up empty handed. No word on where the money went. Couldn't even spare 10$ for the people who constantly feed him and couldn't be honest towards his "friends". ...for every story I write down, I remember at least one more. And no, he's not an addict. He's just one of the worst friends possible and genuinely too stupid to understand why. Therapy was tried, but he just abandoned all of them. According to him "the doctors always gave up, because I was playing mind games". He doesn't want help, he just wants to be fed. At least I got some small "payback" on a party he was invited to. He tried to impress a woman, bragging about how we make music together and called me over, but I just asked him when he would show up for practice again. He instantly became super awkward, I took over the conversation and she slowly distanced herself. It was incredibly funny and the party was the best I had in many years.

The best part to all of this was at the time he made significantly more than me so how are you gonna call me a cheap bitch for not wanting to pay for a service I don’t even use? He lost his very well paying job for having this same attitude problem with his superiors, he always acted like he was better than everyone when it couldn’t be farther from the truth, he was a monster in a human suit, he was the biggest manipulating, psychotic, sociopathic, scummy & shady narcissist I’ve ever met in my life, the guy has no real emotions towards anything yet throws tantrums like a toddler when he doesn’t get his way. The best part of all is I now make significantly more than him, seems karma finally balanced itself out between the two of us. Btw this same ex who called me the “cheap bitch” also took out $10,000 worth of credit cards in my name, maxed them out & I didn’t find out about it until years later when the fees were beyond skyrocketed yet I’m the “cheap bitch”… RIGHTTTTTT. The amount of stories I have from being stupidly blindly in love with this monster for 8yrs of my late teens & early twenties is honestly astounding, it’s crazy scary how much love can blind a person. I will never understand how I managed to put up with him for so long, but I’m glad I had the experience because it’s made me a better person & I will never blindly trust anyone ever again, the situation taught me a lot.

9:02 this TV one is great. Because most people think the “buyer” is the stupid one. But I’m assuming the Ad is still up and they’ve clicked it, asked them if it was available and got the “no” reply. They’ve probably had this multiply times, getting frustrated that their time is being wasted asking for non available items. So they decided to waste the “sellers” time for a change. That’s how I see it anyway

13:15 Not true. The $2 is tipped wage. If tips don't cover the remainder of their wage, the employer is required to do so instead. People who tip as if it's mandatory are only saving the boss money.

I understand influencers using their followers for very expensive stuff. However if you are able to effectively market to 10's of thousands of people why is it difficult for you to get hold of a few hundred or even a few thousand pounds? Just buy the fucking thing then use the results of you promoting it to demonstrate your worth to the company for future products

What an incredibly open and "grass roots" channel. I'm 66yo in New Zealand and love it. I've learnt not to categorize all Americans it's just that most have been taught the rest of the world is behind them, therefore "we must be the best". Ask any American who has traveled overseas the disappointment is profound. What scares the rest of us is the power they have. Military world monetary influence nukes. When events don't favor them they muscle in. God help us not "god save America ".

ok but regardless even if you’re working 40 hrs a week at the minimum wage here (8.56) it’s going to be literally impossible for you to support yourself. which is why it’s necessary to tip, if you dont have at least 50 cents or a dollar the majority of the time u should not be eating out period. and thats the minimum, the people who dont tip and dont give a fuck about whether u have a roof over ur head or not be the ones usually be the ones asking for the most too
