The servers I played on in the video are NOT official servers! They are developer servers, the servers will be available when the Minepex closed beta is out.

It seems really funny how they responded to the partnership: "After we took over, Mojang informed us that we would need to undergo the approval process as a new entity at a later date. This unexpected situation led us to shift our focus to what we could accomplish in the Java space" "As we approached the launch of this beta, Mojang reached out to us about initiating the process to re-enter the featured server program. We decided the best course of action was to delay our beta, refine our games further, and start this reapproval process as promptly as possible. " It seems weird that they would fundamentaly shift their focus to java, and them bedrock while not reaching out to them to start the approval process

I'm pretty sure they were looking to reach out to them first anyways, before the whole studio idea as they were looking to revive bedrock first

Tbh not a fan of the non-fluid UI. Different text fonts and size, color, and looks way different than OG mineplex. Hope this doesnt make it to market.

It's mainly because it isn't just Mineplex anymore, it's people coming to one place to be able to publish something they've always wanted to be able to make. Also I won't lie people probably wouldn't like a styling guideline to be forced of them either.

@@DayeGaming because what was amazing multiple years ago is no longer amazing, you cannot keep things exactly as they are. Mineplex is a completely different team, it cannot develop a load of games the way it used to, that was unsustainable.
