Mini Chocochip Cookies | Perfect Light & Crunchy Eggless Cookies | Chocochip Cookies Recipe

In this video we will see a prefect recipe to make small, bite size, mini Choco chip cookies at home. These Choco chip cookies turned out so perfect that I could not resist eating them. Thanks to their small size which helped me control the portion. Make sure to following the baking instructions given. I am pretty sure, once you make these mini cookies at home, you will never buy such cookies from maker ever after!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Cup Butter (मक्ख़न)
- 6 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
- 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
- 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
- 1 Tbsp + 1-2 Tsp Milk (दूध)
- 2 Tbsp Choco Chips (चोकोचिप्स)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 5 min & then at low flame for 10-15 min.
- OTG/Convection: Preheat at 165°C OR 170°C for 10 min. Then bake for 10-12 min.
