They’re O-rings and you can get them at rock auto for almost nothing rock auto has almost every part for a mini Cooper you could ever think of

I got all of the cooler gaskets and housing gasket from detroit tuned

No! the Gaskets failing will not cause Oil and Coolant mix. If they Fail, it will only cause leaks. The only reason Oil and Coolant will mix is if the Oil Cooler cracks and coolant seeps into the oil passages.

I drove the car for 2 years after this repair before I sold it, and it still didn't leak at the time I sold it. If your RTV repair fails, it means you suck at using RTV.

Yeah they’re little O-rings and they crush flat. That’s why you need to change them. They’re like two dollars apiece at rock auto bro once again I’m letting you know I guarantee this bullshit leak again.

I drove the car for 2 more years after this repair before I sold it and it still didn't leak by that time. That's because I know what I'm doing.
