Thank you so much. I spilled a coffee on my controller in my mini… Can’t believe I’m the first person to do that but a search of the Internet appears that it’s not very common… Huh? After I hopefully successfully do what you just did I’m going to put some saran wrap over the controller so if it gets spilled on again, there will be a barrier! at least I didn’t have sugar in my coffee!

Well done! I think most people would have either taken it to the stealership to get it cleaned or just left it.

My concern is that people just pour cleaner down and hope for the best. Might work for a while, but further down the line could be costly.

Great video thanks Dave. I cringed when I saw what happened. BTW I just booked an oil change at the dealer for our hybrid and was told there’s a recall. You might what to check your. 🍻

I’m always cautious with recalls as they always “find” something that’s not covered but must be repaired.

we have a steamer that works amazing. But you’re right… remove the panels.

should have used brake clean or elec cleaner
