A little calculation (please correct me if I made an calculation error): Current values of these crypto values on 29-06-2021: 1 ltc = $146 1 doge = $0.27 Electricity for 24 hours = 233 W * 24 H = 5.592W Price in The Netherlands on average is $0.27 per kwh => cost per day = $1.51 0.006 ltc per day = $0.876; 11 doge per day = $2.97 So total revenue per day : $3.846 Leaves a profit of $2.34 per day After 491 days I just have enough earnings to pay for the machine itself! The same calculation with recent 'highest prices' in last 3 months ltc: $408 doge: $0.72 0.006 ltc per day (0.006 * $408) = $2,448; 11 doge per day (11 * 0.72 = $7,92) = $10.37 Profit per day $8,858 After 130 days the machine is paid Remaining profit: 365 -/- 130 = $2068 earning after the first year quite a risk to spend so much money I think

Everything is a risk. But something so cheap right near $1k where it mines two coins, not a risk. I'm numb to the fluctuating market and I know it will head back to past prices and above. So it's profitable, just depends how much patience and professionalism you have. For ASIC miners mining BTC... ROI takes much much longer for a machine that is over $10k.

The electricity is the major downside. Even if you had 10 units at these rates you'll be lucky to clear 180k in 5 years. On a positive note you're still making $20, 000 a year passive income for not doing anything at all. (10 units)

It only works out that way if ur selling the coins you mine. If you just mine them for 3-5 years and never sell you might be sitting on a gold mine if the crypto market rises like it’s supposed to. And if the prices of the coins rise. Then the cost of the used rig market is going to rise. Making these machines way more than what u paid for them.

Great video, great presentation. However, this miner as of June 30 2021 is unobtainium without dropping a substantial amount of dough (1K+). All sold out on the company website. However, I plan on picking one up after the bull run to stack coins, when GPUs and other specific miners are then available since demand will be down significantly and so will the price. So this is a great "future" Tutorial for sure.

In real world money this miner made just shy of $13 in 4 days. That means at current coin market levels it would take almost a year to start seeing any ROI. That averages out to about $3.25 a day. I think for now I will be mining on my gaming computer downtime, which makes me about $20 a week. Of course if the crypto market goes way up, so does your profitability, giving you quicker ROI. If it goes down, well the math isn't that hard. Great video and info but I'm going to just keep mining with my GPU for coffee money. :-)

Isn't it cheaper just to buy doge at current prices than to mine for days? For example, i just saw i could get 5000+ doge for a fees of 17$ on coinbase if you put 1200$. That's not really much in fee. Considering the premise that it could hit 1$ you'll be all set and not have to wait to purchase about 5 machines (appx 5000$ just to buy these machines at today's cost), pay electricity and then mine for days and days to get 5k coins.. that's waaay more expensive than paying just 17$ fee. I installed advanced IP Scanner. It would show a blue pic screen with IP address and Shanghai info TM Micro to the right of it. No option with a little arrow. Attempted to right click and select tools and http and it just times out. I have 4 new mini dodge miners and running into the same thing. Tried connecting them directly to my Modem that has 4 ports. Power them on off. Different cables. If I read the goldshell instructions it tells me to connect them to my computer with a usb cable. There is no usb port on the mini dodge. Any suggestions? Just received 4 goldshell mini doge miners. Can't access dashboard. When I use advanced IP Scanner it sees the miner but I do not have a little arrow next to it. If I right click select tools and then http I get a browser screen that says its timed out. Tried to enter miners ip into firefox, edge and chrome with same results. Both power and ethernet ports are green. The stuff on top you didnt cover in the beginning of your video. Has one button sticking out and then a button that is recessed into the machine with a Blue and Red led. The blue light is blinking. Any ideas what I need to do next?

This thing is £1100-1200 in the uk. I can simply add another 200 bucks and get a gaming pc with prx3060 ti lhr and make more every month. Also if it burns out i get a year warranty which i dont think i get with this mini doge. I can easily resell a 6-12 months old gaming pc with 3060ti lhr incase mining dies while this is going to become worthless. The only benefit is the portability, but having to bring also adaptors and cables and things means another luggage bag so you can earn 18 bucks while on a holiday… i can survive without it.

Plus you will have to wait weeks for a replacement if something goes wrong with the one you purchase. Speaking from my own personal experience I wish I would have just bought gpus and then just exchange for Litecoin and Doge on my own.
