I just want a 1000 nit HDR montitor that supports true 10bif color (not 8+2 FRC) for a reasonable price, feels like I've been waiting years haha

KTC g27p6 oled 240hz have 1000nit 10bit(don't think it is 8+2FRC?)...I just bought mine last week...I never go over 30-40% brightness :p 9% sale right now :) I am very satisfied with mine! First time going OLED...huge step up from my tn/ips/va monitors!

asus pg34wcdm, has an LG micro lense array oled panel with 1300 nits peak and true 10 bit color. TBF its not that reasonably priced though

@@kernoleary1394 OLED monitors can only do 1000 nits at tiny 1% windows....at 50% or 100% window sizes they barely get more than 300 nits...OLED monitors suck for HDR

Mini LED is genuinely so underrated. I wish there were some 4K 32" 240hz Mini LEDs

@@Chimonya the blacks are 95% there. meanwhile, OLED cant even get 1/5th as bright as Mini LED. My Mini LED literally gets 5x brighter on fullscreen than my OLED.

Went ahead and bought the MSI 360hz 1440p OLED. Really excited to upgrade to OLED, I work at best buy and see so many OLED screens every day besides in my own setup. Probably will need to upgrade my 3060 ti machine soon, but that's okay, get the monitor now, and upgrade in January or sometime next year since new GPUs will be out.

Just curious what your thoughts are on ultra wide. My Best Buy only has the LG 39gs95qe OLED on display. I’m interested in the MSI mpg341cqpx but haven’t seen it in person.

I recently bought a Samsung G9 QD-OLED 49" UW G95SC monitor. It's finicky but looks good to me and is very immersive. Did I end up with a good monitor overall? This was a gift and haven't experienced any other OLED's before. Just trying to understand where this monitor falls on the pecking order of OLED's.

Vast Local Dimming Zones, with better brightness, hdr and High refresh rate and most of all NO BURN IN RISK! Mini LED is no slouch and depending on how you use your display ts a better option for some over OLED.

This came at the perfecr timing. Im stuck between the KTC and Innocn 4k 160hz 27 inch options. You have reviewed them both. Which one do you recommend for text/reading heavy workloads? They both seem fantastic with for it with high ppi ips panels, but one thing concerns me: THE MATTE FINISHES. Do you think one monitor's matte finish provides better text clarity than the other? Or are they about the same? Thank you

OLED is better for gaming, Mini LED is better for everything else, especially HDR. And Mini LED will last you 5-10 years, OLED will get burn in within just 2 years
