Which is weird, because they had 3 to 4 years to work on it. That's more than enough time to release a finished game WITH PvE. What were they doing for that many years?

@@eggheadcobra I feel like the majority of time used was because of the new 5v5 system, having to go back and rebalance all 32+ Heroes so that there could be 1 tank, 2 support and 2 damage. I still don't understand why they thought that was necessary when players have been used to 6v6 for years, and even other games have more than that, it seems to me Blizzard is still gearing this game toward those who play competitively and not those who play casually. Not to mention that they want to make the PVE content seasonal in a similar style to Destiny, why couldn't they release the first chunk of PVE with this release? That way us players get more than just the PvP content, we get to see what this supposed triple A experience they've been promising will be like. That or maybe they really were too busy harassing employees for barely any work to get done.... plus Covid.

The characters are still very expressive at least. I don't think I've played a multiplayer game so extensively. I really do hope people will come back to play it because it was one of the last multiplayer games I ever really enjoyed.

What amazes me is that Blizzard always suffers from DDoS attacks. (Remember the one that hit during the Remix Events?) They always get hit like someone getting hit with a metal bat to the back of the head, and they never learn. I had to laugh when I realized that the KiwiFarms, a site dedicated to cataloging internet lolcows, had better protection from DDoS attacks than a fricking video game company. I'm happy with OW2 so far but honestly, if this is how we knew this was gonna go, I think we'd all gladly wait until the PvE was finally done in 2023.

Ok compare the targets though. Kiwi farms a lol cow site it’s only enemies would be the lol cows and most don’t have the knowledge to do that sort of thing. And blizzard the aforementioned video game company that the internet hates because it pretended to care about workers rights for half a week. One has a smaller user base and no reason why someone would wanna take it down the other is the internets punching bag and boogie man for the month. It doesn’t matter how large the fence if someone is determined enough they will climb it.
