One of the MANY things I just love about every one of your videos, is your attention to detail with every element! 😊. I sometimes (okay, most of the time lol), watch them over and over just in awe. Yes, chilling will help them set and they taste better chilled. A couple of hours or overnight.

Agar agar need to be added to a cold mix then boiled so it is not suitable for this. Because they are assembled in cups, you can leave out any gelatine or agar agar. :-)

No more butter needed but you will need gelatine or it will not set enough to slice :-) 3 Teaspoons dissolved in 3 tablespoons of hot water and added to the mix and the end and mixed for one minute :-)
