Today, we’re diving deep into the lower body.
Ever felt overwhelmed by a laundry list of exercises dragging you to the gym?
I get it.
But imagine this - just 1-4 targeted exercises, and suddenly, my energy is through the roof!
💪 Let me walk you through today’s session:
Kicked off with a front foot elevated split squat on a 20-kilo plate for that extra range of motion, balancing with the spotting arm.
I’m using the safety squat bar, but if you don’t have one, dumbbells, barbell, or Smith machine work just fine.
Oh, and let’s talk about those chains - more resistance up top, less at the bottom where knees might get a bit icky 🫠
