Hi Ray, Brilliant series! Would it be possible to post the references mentioned? I am doing my final year university project on barefoot/minimalist running and am aiming to get this published. Thanks for the great videos, I am a regular user of correct toes.

if you have a neuroma(s) and scar tissue which further compress the neuroma, then how do you treat the scar tissue without doing further aggravating the neuroma? while I want to do some of the foot massages, I fear that when I do, I am squishing down into the neuromas.. what is a PT's approach to this situation?

Just one comment - When doing the shoe liner test using the sole of the shoe. Although it accommodates the foot when stationary, during the push off phrase, when (especially) the little toe naturally splays, the shoes will be stopping this movement, am I correct? So surely it should be wide enough for the push off phrase? Sorry, i'm nitpicking, but genuinely interested in an answer to this, I know the transformative effect knowledge in this area can have. Peter.

I was able to reverse a bunion by maintaining barefoot walking at home, but I’m sure Correct Toes would have expedited the process.
