Just catching up with some KZbin I’ve not watched hardly any for a few weeks - you’ve put some graft in on Holme fell! That heather pano is one of the best shots I saw last year, not sure if you entered it in lpoty but if you did I’d like to see that do well it’s superb

When I lived in New York state. We had an old black walnut tree in our back yard. There was a severe storm. Hurricane like winds and I watched that tree being forced over. I kept hoping the tree would hold on. A great gust would hit and the ground around the tree would rise up. The tree lost the fight.

Holme Fell looks a stunning location , the image at 7:45 of the silver birch was lovely . I also liked the original composition you showed on your phone and then you showed the wider shot incorporating both trees at 13:49 and i personally prefer that of the two , really nice. and then the final image of the pano with the heather is a lovely image, i see why you are keen to hae that printed large and professionally . It looks like you did get a variety of conditions, was that a landscape photographer complaining about the mist ...... couldn't be. Your vlogs have been sorely missed and just seeing your cheerful little beardy face has started to give me some confidence that we have really started to move on from the last two dreadful years.
