Nice unit, thanks for the tip on the rod holder. I run the Riptide IPilot 60" shaft (saltwater version) and love it. I am in the process of making a new mount for my Lowrance Totalscan Transducer. Hope to try it out this week if the weather will cooperate. Hope all is well with you and your family in your neck of the woods. John

This set up uses the steering motor already installed on the MK. This also does not have spot lock like the autoboat. The two are not really comparable.

Question: can you use the foot peddle on momentary ? Or if you are using the foot peddle does it have to be on continuous? In other words can I run the foot peddle in all the ways I would have before the install ?

Quick question will the remote work with the foot pedal unplugged?

Yes. I just went out 3 days ago using only the fob.
