The 10th Annual Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Convention took place on January 11th to the 13th at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. There was over 500+ artists from all over the world in attendance.

My artist (Cory Claussen, Red Arbor Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD) did the tat at 16:52. I’ve seen her pic on the wall and on his screensaver slideshow but I’ve never seen her face. He got first place in the color portrait category at this same competition a couple years ago for a startlingly photorealistic Steve Urkel.

I swear to god Woman sit so much better then men I was a piercer for 18 yrs did some Tattoo work by no means do I say im a tattooist I just tattooed the shop workers who wanted me to im not bad or the best at tattoos just don't have the love for it I prefer Painting and airbrushing and Piercing extreme piercings preferably or scarification and implants but Woman always sit x20 times better then men IMO even this vid shows the chicks be way more chill looking !

@@EPICJONTUAZON yeah that's probably it. I just wondered if it was a sponsor or if all the guys filmed were from the same studio and therefore had the same supplies or something. I've never been to a convention so I don't know how it works really. I always assumed I guess you would have to take your own gear though, right?

@@EPICJONTUAZON honestly though dude it's insane the level of work now. I know when I first started getting tattooed in the mid to late 90's, my dad was blown away by my work then... this is how I feel now looking at the quality of work. I'm actually so glad I took it easy and have a lot of space left dude. ha ha. I have a about 3/4 of one arm left and a little bit of space on the other. one side of my neck, but my entire torso and legs are bare like dude. I'm sure I could get some of this next level stuff. always been a bit fearful of torso tats though. my dad got an eagle on his chest in jail made with a rig built with the motor from a an electric razor and he always said it really fucking hurt... kind of put me off it.
