I have question regarding side effects: should someone who is prone to heart racing, anxiety and panic attacks(especially after consuming foods or drinks with caffeine) and breathing issues still try min or fin? I heard people say it gives you anxiety and heart palpitations or panic attacks, but what about someone who already has that, would it get worse?

no you will not be ok telling you by my experience. i never had any kind of palpitations and heartbeat skipping issues. i used minoxidil for 1.5 years and it gave me crazy palpitations. now its up to you.

It's something normal, you are in a shedding phase which start in 2nd month, you have to wait at least 4 months to see the results

Hey, shedding is great! It means the medicine is working. Mine started at around 1 month in and lasted for about 8 weeks. It went in a curve (it was the worst and most noticable at around week 4 or 5) and the hair came back thicker and stronger. Now i have better hairline than in highschool i kid you not. And still gaining ground. It would be bad if there was no shed at all. That means its ineffective and you're a non responder. Trust the process, its working. I know its scary with so much hair fall but it works.

Also, if you want reassurance you can always add finasteride to the stack. It retains the hair follicles that you have and protects it from the dht damage.
