24 male. European descent, but very curly/coarse/dry hair. For the past ~7 years (since last year of high school), I’ve spent some time wearing my hair pretty long on top (undercut Afro, undercut top-knot/man-bun), and I think I’ve damaged my hair follicles. Long curly dry hair gets knotted very easily, and with all that time spent picking my Afro, drying to get my hair un-knotted in the shower, I’m afraid it’s taken a toll on my follicles. Hairline isn’t as low as it was when I was 16-17, before I started wearing it long. It’s not quite as full on the top imo, and it sheds wayyy more on top than it does on the sides (even though they’re the same length). I don’t think it’s due to my genetics but rather just my hairstyles, mild traction alopecia basically. Can buzzing my head and getting on minoxidil restore this (since it’s not due in to dht)? Thx

Hopefully it bring back my hairline since I still have hairs there but there just weak they can grow out thick like the others . So what if you do Fin, Min and add microneedling? Will that do anything to stimulate the grown of new hairs in the hariline?

Combination of first using the 2% keto-conazole Nizoral shampoo, then use the Fin,Min Microneedling + Hairguard/Scalp Massaging. Add 10,000 biotin to the stack. Don't half ass it, go hard for 2-3 months and you'll see crazy results with the whole stack

I got a question maybe you can help me out? I just turned 23 I’m young but ever since I was 17-18 I noticed my hairline at the corners were going light. Now at 23 it’s actually starting to recede ever so slightly. The rest of my hair still seems very thick It’s just the corners of my hairline that bother me. I’m just scared of future hair loss & I don’t wanna end up getting a hair transplant at some point. Any advice for me bro?? Anything I can do to prevent or reverse whatever is going on with me I would appreciate some guidance thank you.

Biotin is only helpful if you have a deficiency of Biotin, you get it from many foods like eggs and others. It wont hurt you to take biotin supplements but they will just be flushed out if you don't need them, could be just wasting money.
