Can you do a tour without all the cuts and edits so you can see how the layout flows? I find myself running to other channels to get a better view of the flow of the space. Too much jumping around confuses. Great camerawork nonetheless.

To be fair, many of your tours are of rare properties no one else has yet on YT. And I'd prefer to see them here. I think Nava Realty and Timothy P. Livingston are the best. I see no reason you can't be better with the properties you're getting to show. Keep up the good work. 🎉

Nice home, but with 7000 sqft I need more rooms. Surprised they couldn’t fit a bedroom downstairs in the basement 😅 18:42 barely showed us the bathroom area 😂 I like the way you present the homes, but sometimes thing are cut out

You're absolutely right! Yes, they had a model in Nashville. AR Homes is also building in Cheval. They have lots from 2 to 7 Acres, starting in the low $300s on up. If you have a buyer or an interested client, give me a call. I would love to tell them about all the great things happening here! I've sold in the community before, and I'm very familiar with everything the neighborhood has to offer.

There is no need to be confused. AR Homes has multiple franchises across the Southeast and Midwest. Their plan library has nearly 300 options, so building a similar home in any metroplex they specialize in is a possibility. Hope that helps.
