Freddy vs Jason was the most fun I ever had in a movie theater. During the second half of the movie the audience started to get rowdy and were shouting things at the screen and making everyone laugh. When Freddy gets pulled into the real world in the burning cabin the atmosphere in the theater was like a wrestling match with chanting and yelling. Jason was definitely the face, with Freddy being the heel.

Hey Minty. During Halloween, there is Knott's Scary Farm. Back in the mid 90's, there was a movie monster live stage show off a bunch of movie villians fighting on stage. There was Freddy, Jason, Scorpion and Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat, Michael Myers, and many more. They had awesome special effects with blood flying everywhere. It was amazing!

Kane Hodder for YEARS pushed for this movie to happen and he never expected to be re-cast. I only wish Robert Englund pushed for them to cast him. I am sure he likely did but clearly not hard enough. People say anyone can play him, it's just a guy in a mask. Kane was the one who played him the most, is best known as the biggest fan favorite of all those who played Jason. He made the character his own and while his Friday movies are easily the weakest with the exception of Part 7, he was the most iconic Jason. A bigger actor also doesn't mean better Jason. I feel the two worst portrayls of Jason were in Freddy Vs Jason and the remake.

They gave us Jason fans a slap in the face by recasting Kane. It would've been an epic battle between the two, but that's Hollywood for you. Hopefully if Victor Miller and Sean Cunningham can get the rights straightened out maybe Kane can play Jason one more time as an ode to the fans.

I personally would love for there to be a "Hell's tournament of horror story villains." Where in a bracket style tournament to the death the top 32 Horror movie villain characters of all time square off in a single elimination tournament to the death. Probably never happen because there are to many different movie companies and rights issues. However splitting it up over 3 or 4 movies you can't say it wouldn't be a "HELL" of a tournament to watch to 👀 see once in for all who truly is the most badass and scary Villain of all time is. You could divide the movies in certain sections by dividing them by types to start off. Like the first 8 Villain tournament being "Slasher Villains" like Ghost face, Jason Voorhees, Leatherface just to name a few then the second movie and 2nd bracket be "Super Natural" killers like Freddy Krueger, Pinhead, and Jeepers from Jeepers Creepers (I don't know what his actual name is.) Then a ghost category for the Ring and Paranormal type then creatures from space like Alien & Predator just to name some. There could be a ton of money to be made and more importantly fans would love to see it, debate it and put forth their ideas towards it I believe. Maybe I'm wrong but I think it's fans would really buy in to it.
