Hey Hey! Thanks for stopping by! 😀 👊 Great to hear from you, Buddy! 😀 👊 The CPU consumption has really gotten amazing with the last few updates... I'm running SIX(!!) Huge reverbs in this patch and the CPU barely goes above 20% on my new 3rd gen iPad Pro!! (Honestly, in the beginning - i didn't think we could make patches this big because of the CPU, but here we are! WOW!!! 😁)

😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ You? “Knocking on the door of the ambient modular club”? Tch! I think they should be knocking on *your* door, mate! Yeah! You definitely found the “secret door”! You’re in, for sure! WOO!!! I am so impressed and amazed by that setup (my 2016 iPad Pro is looking nervously at me and sweating already 😅) That was a beautiful ambient creation indeed! I loved it to bits! Could just listen to that on repeat all night! Now that’s exactly the kind of ambient evolving generative textural scapey goodness I wanted to get into modular for! Absolutely wonderful, man! 😃👍🎉🙌👏👏

Right?!?! I can't believe it!! 😲 It just sort of happened late last night, and I just kept adding to it and adding to it and adding to it!! 😲 I honestly cannot believe that I made this - looking at it from an outside perspective, it is a nightmare of virtual cables and modules! (*SIX* Plateau reverbs?!?!?!?!?!?!?! 😏) I *really* wanted to share the patch under the video, but it has 2 samples in it, the backwards riser (for the ocean sound) and the lo-fi water drop (for the lo-fi water drop! lol) I'm seriously losing it with my new found love for this app 💙, and wanted to share something huge and epic before going forward with more *beginner friendly tutorials* ! 😃😃

Electronisounds Audio Hmmm...looks like lots of Clocks and timed triggers going on in there! Epic stuff!! Lol yeah, it gets to a point sometimes where you wish there was an option to just highlight a patch cord by touching it which would make all the other cords vanish temporarily. Then it would be easier to trace cord connections when we want to check something or just remind ourselves what is connected to what. Sometimes I’ve gotten so far into a patch and disconnected something by an errant slip of the screen pen, and then I can suddenly hear something is not right, but I cannot unravel the knots of Spaghetti to find and correct the mistake! 🤣🤣 Sometimes it’s hard to see what’s going where after a while and you end up faced with a plate of impossible Spaghetti. Lol.

Hey Hey! Thanks for watching! 😀 👊 Never in a million years did I think I would ever be able to create something like this! miRack has been such a fun way to learn and explore modular synthesis, and i've barely scratched the surface of what it offers. WOW - YAY! 💙 Lots more beginner friendly mirack video to come!! 👍

Hey Hey! Thanks very much, Anthony! 😁🙏👊 Yes, this one is a bit much for a tutorial, but i'm slowly explaining all of the concepts to building this kind of thing in bite-sized, beginner friendly tutorials. There are a lot of details and i'm trying to make sure that I go slowly enough with the concepts that anyone at any level can get going with this stuff. 😀 👊 Here's my full collection so far: kzbin.info/aero/PLK5Ai5ysFp2v7YmCDLCHdFRIu4ZKU4G7h I'm rendering the next tutorial right now in fact: a very easy way to make interesting, modulating drones! It is definitely a goal to try and make some patches like this in *real-time* in some live-streams next year. (I get really nervous live-streaming though - and i'm still working up to it.... lol 😏)

This looks so incredibly overwhelming and confusing. To me this is some serious mad scientist level stuff 🧠. I would love to give this app a go because it looks and sounds very fascinating, but i doubt i have the time to spend on learning all of this. Your patch sounds phenomenol though. Kudos for creating this patch! 👊

The cool thing about modular is it’s, uhm, modular :) But really, what I mean to say is, you pick up one thing play around with it, pick up another, hook up to it, and just keep building it up like that. I’m not very good at it yet, but it’s so cool. Kind of like a computer game only each level you “win” is yours, and stays with you forever as a building block of something greater.
