There are 2 in Buddhist teachings. Mahayana - 88 Buddha's Repentance Verses in Chinese and Khama Mae bhante in Hinayana/Theravada. Important to stop no use of repentance but continuing committing.

I need healing for my eyes. It cannot see clearly recently. Last year, I went for Lasik preassessment and doctor say my corneal is unhealthy and come back 1 year later. Healing is a gift from God, never take the opportunity to make money. Or else Healing power would disappear one day. No one is able to do clearing bad Karma in this world. Bad Karma can be reduced if the person remained kind and helpful at all times.

There was an incident where a woman asked for help from a buddhist monk. She was hoping that the monk can recite a healing mantra for her sick husband. He was in extreme pain cuz the cancer cells metastasized and pain killers didn't work anymore. The good monk tried his best to recite a healing mantra for her husband, but after a few days he stopped abruptly. The woman consulted with the monk again, and he explained that angry spirits warned him not to interfere with the ailing husband's condition. These angry spirits were from a former life, and it was the sick husband who caused their untimely death. There was nothing the monk can do to help. In the end, the woman's husband died. 🙏🙏🙏

not exactly. first off, she already suffer and paid alot of bad karma. and the fact she met this master and remove the karma, is also "part of the karma" itself. some people may do alot evil and not repenting and the karma will unleash its full force.
