My actions are finally in line with the vision I have for my life, and that makes me immensely happy and at at peace with myself. I always find myself scribbling notes while I watch your videos, and this one was no exception! These things have been circulating in my mind, but now I have this system to follow and it's perfect for me at this time in my life. Thank you!

Exactly, it's a perfect little system that hooked me up so much. I knew about the benefits of meditation or affirmations, but I struggled putting them together into a consistent morning routine. So happy you're learning new things from my videos. That's my goal! xx

I wake up at 6am or 6::30m 1. make coffee 2. give my cat cuddle let her go to toliet 3. yoga 4. meditation 5. journal and gratitude 6. Bible reading

Very helpful- I'm retired now and waste so much time! However I do exercise every day, for years and it has been the best thing. But I can identify with your thoughts too and encourage your efforts while younger. I also believe good health is first priority, pure cleansing foods and needed supplements allow more energy and activity needed to fulfill ones goals including the miracle morning.

Bless you sweet lady! Prayer time in the morning for me does the same thing, the thought of early morning seeking my father does wonders for my soul! Keep searching for that better version of yourself & learn to even appreciate the journey 😚blessings from me to you !

Hi Vita! I'm glad you're feeling so happy :) I'd love to watch a video about this in a month o two (maybe more), it would be great to see the evolution and the impact of you're new routine on the long term. I started my year just like that, super motivated and with lots of challenges going on. It felt great, but then my thyroid kicked in and I was to tired to continue... Your video has inspired me to start over, thanks!

+Huma Rouge i can relate to that. I also tried so many times and failed. This time though it coincided with much better health due to the right supplements and healing strategy. Fixing my mind was the last missing element, and once I did that, everything clicked into place. Also it's important to find your real why. Until now I failed to find a why that would truly motivate me. Nothing felt right. But now I found it. It's to have a baby, but in order to do that, I need to create a steady stream of income and get another home. So that's my motivation: a baby! 😀

is your thyroid completely healed? if so can u make another video about it? the other video is just talking about wat u r doing to fix it. i would like to know wat worked. thank you so much! the optimism and calmness is just rolling off of u in this video. its contagious! thank u. for sharing.

I regularly make updates on my thyroid healing journey. I think I made the latest one 2-3 months ago when I got the most recent blood work done. I don't think it's completely healed because it takes time, but I'm getting there. In 3 months I'll repeat the blood work, but for now I just have to go by how I feel, and I'm feeling better and better! Thanks so much for watching and for supporting me!

Great video! I definitely think of myself as a night owl, because it seems that I'm constantly falling back into the habit of staying up late and then needing to wake up later to make up for it. But when I do improve my routine and wake up early, I definitely feel SO much better about myself and the day feels twice as long like you said. It's hard to understand why some people have always been morning people their whole lives and get up early every day, whereas others can never seem to get to that point and are always resisting the temptation to sleep in. Because it seems like waking up early is the way that healthy humans are meant to function! I'm also curious, how many hours do you feel you need to sleep a night? Do you go to bed much earlier now since you wake up at 5? I feel like it would be hard to feel good upon waking before the sun has even risen?

+Rebecca H I think it all comes down to self-discipline than others. Nothing else. Luckily, it's something that can be developed. I need about 6-7 hours to function well. 7 is optimal for me I'd say. Before this challenge I thought I needed 8-9 hours of sleep. I go to bed at 10-10.30pm now and it feels great! xx
