Lightning McQueen DID NOT mistreaded anybody, he was just letting them go, since pitties aren't needed in sponsor events, such as McQueen's talk to the rusty cars in Rusteze's tent. You also forgot that at the time, McQueen wasn't encouraged enough to have friends, and these pitties are not McQueen's workers, but rather the Rusteze brothers' workers, and since he's not their boss, this is NOT a crime, this is the pitties' fault, since they felt betrayed for no reason.

Most notably at the beginning of cars to where we see lightning and mater without their tires dicking around on abandoned railroad tracks. Tires are more comparable to shoes. The crimes you tried to charge them for during the racing doesn't count. For one most of that stuff is allowed in Nascar and even if you wanted to argue that it's different because the cars are living things or whatever it still doesn't hokd up because even in normal sports certain laws aren't applicable due to the nature of the sport. For instance if you were to tackle someone on the sidewalk you'd get an assault charge but linemen dont get charged for tackling the QB. Also I don't think you understand what harassment is cause all those "harassment" charges on Francesco are bogus. The dude was being a dick but talking about how he's a better racer than someone on tv or telling said racer that he's gonna kick his butt is typical trash talk to an opponent. In his case it would be quite hard to actually prove harassment.

Technically, Cruz even talking to Storm was against NASCAR (the sport Crus, Storm and McQueen all race in) prohibits Drivers from interacting with anyone during the race except team crew. Thus she could be charged with breaking the rules of the sport and receive a penalty on that race bumping her down to 2nd or 3rd, but since Storm did it first, Both Cruz and Storm would be charged with breaking the rules, receive a penalty and 3rd place would be given the win.

I’d like to see Chick Hicks on this list as well: he did some bad things: in Cars 1 I saw him do Attempted Murder times two and physical harm times 3. In Cars 3 I saw him do emotional harm. And in Pixar Shorts: Unparalleled Parking….he gets one fine for reckless driving: his two fines for attempted murder include the huge wreck that he causes during the first race which goes along with physical harm because he put Strip Weather/The King and Lightning McQueen in danger plus he puts half of the racers in danger as well…one of the racers gets so damaged that he can’t race anymore to where he has to be towed out. The second time he did attempted murder was when he decides that McQueen is just gonna win so he turns to Strip Weathers and decides to side swipe him…sending him flying in the air where he then flips over 3 times and if McQueen hadn’t learned the lessons of true success, actions have consequences, true meaning of friendship and that sometimes you have to handle your fears and learn to let go….if he hadn’t helped Strip Weathers in the end….then Strip Weathers would have been making more dust than progress when trying to get back onto the track. And that goes along with two fines of physical harm because he hurt a fellow racer and before that he also decided that it would be okay to slam into McQueen on purpose aka not to be competitive…forcing McQueen to have to get a new set of tires. He gets another fine for emotional damage as he creates a news show/sports center show….only to make fun of McQueen which drags McQueen down even further…making McQueen want to retire more. Then in a Pixar Short he gets another fine for reckless driving as he drifts into the parking spot and knocks over the sign completely.

Trespassing is only a crime if property owner presses charges. Doc did not press charges against McQueen comming into his house. And you cannot charge somebody with trespassing for entering a medical clinic via main door. It's Docs fault his operating room is the only room in the clinic, and if anything, he probably could be charged with some violation of privacy and health safty for that. Same with Ramirez at the Crazy 8 race. They locked her on the track so that was their fault, and if anything, they committed the crime of endergament by doing so. Also, about McQueens prank. If anything tires and wheels are treated like shoes by cars. So it was just a prank harmless prank. If Carl wanted to, he could have probably charge McQueen with assault for spraying him with the froam, but he very crealy won't do that since that was just a friendly prank.

McQueen on the highway is a bit tricky since he was suddenly out of his transport vehicle, alone, and suddenly awoken, and the fact that he's a race car who probably hasn't driven on normal roads at all in his life so he probably doesn't know the laws, or speed limits.
