Yeah, when they had the eggs Spiderus was singing to them one day and Snowdrop overheard. She loved the song because it’s the same one she heard for a lullaby, and started singing along, unaware Spiderus could hear her, and Spiderus thought it was his kids singing back. Spiderus thought it was lovely and kept singing until his voice was hoarse because he wanted to hear his kids sing to him again, and Snowdrop felt bad because she had never meant to trick Spiderus, so she sang again, and later reluctantly revealed that she was the one behind the voice. I think it was around that time that the eggs started hatching, so she helped Spiderus and Spindella sing the babies out. It was sweet ☺️ And that other one you mentioned was called Top O’ Big Tree, and Holly substituted to take Bounce, Squirt and Snowdrop on a hike to the top of the largest tree in Sunny Patch because Mr Mantis sprained his thorax (or a similar injury). You can find episodes of this show on KZbin if I remember correctly 😄

There was one episode of this show that used to terrify me as a kid. It was the one where the blue one who’s always scared sneaks a mushroom into the house without telling his parents. What you were saying about twins reminded me of Shimmer & Shine. They were born on the same day, but not from the same flower. A lot of things in Shimmer & Shine don't add up and I suspect that Shimmer & Shine were once a team of trouble-making genies pulling pranks with their ice magic who were defeated by the queen of the genies who erased their memory and made stuff up so they would stop causing trouble and then Shimmer & Shine later remembered what happened, but they're pretending not to know because the queen of genies is watching them and they don't want to be punished. idk it's a theory, but not many genies actually have ice magic.

I ADORED this show when I was little! I rarely saw it on TV, but I had a DVD with about 10 episodes on it that I would watch all of the time (I have no idea what happened to that DVD though, lost it years ago). For the longest time my family has a had a Ms. Spider book and I never knew if there were other books like it. Which is sad, because I really loved and enjoyed the art style ever since I was a wee lil' babe. The book we had was called either "Ms. Spider's ABC's" or "Ms. Spider's surprise birthday party". I remember asking my dad to read the book to me over and over, mainly so I could imagine the characters move while my dad read the book. I'm glad to have finally figured out that there is indeed genuine lore attached to the books, and that there's MORE books, mwahaha! Thank you.

I had a computer game called Miss Spider’s Tea Party! And played it on an old Windows computer, the square blocky one XD My favorite game was the Ant Maze one, but the one where you cross the water is fun too (the exclamations “Aw, no!”, were funny, and that game was hard for me XD), and I enjoyed hearing the different instrument sounds and songs in that matching game. Great way to learn about instruments 😄 I feel like there’s another game brushing the edge of my memory but I can’t fully remember it at the moment 😅

I remember the episode “All Pupa'ed Out” and Felix as a character, though I didn’t remember his name. I vaguely remember the sundial as a plot. The biggest moment I remember from this series is the episode “Cry Buggie”. Also, the instrumental is so unconventionally calming, (since you know they’re bugs). It’s iconic.

This and Between The Lions were my absolute FAVORITES as a kid!! My hyperfixations as a kid were cartoons, bugs and cartoon bugs so this show was literally made for me. Also this is really specific but my family goes on vacation to Las Vegas every year. I have so many memories of watching the Miss Spider pilot movie in the back seat on a Polaroid DVD player during that 4-5 hour drive through the desert as a preschooler LOL (this was like 2005)
