The Miss Universe 2020 contestants are on a whole other level. These ladies were incredible. They brought some of the best gowns I've seen in a long time. I was so impressed.

WIN or LOSE, Natasha, Amanda, Rabiya are already famous, and that is a great takeaway from Miss Universe. I noticed they're the only candidates mentioned by their names, the rest were by their country. These three girls stood out in both swim and gown, but Rabiya's strikingly yellow gown is a tic doloreeux to other contestants. Luv Dani's expression when she's on the cam.

Dani, my absolute winner is India. I already loved her in her up-close video, I loved her even more after her interview with Telemundo and I adore her now after last night. She really is bringing something unique and heartfelt to this edition and I can see her promoting important changes in society. I haven't found that uniqueness in other contestants and that's why it's been so difficult for us to make a decision. All the delegates are gorgeous, prepared, educated but when I ask myself 'is this girl bringing something authentic to this edition?', I have to give it a thought. That doesn't happen to me with Adline. BTW: I'm from Venezuela and have no Indian roots in my family.

The new winner will have very short amount of time for her reign and this decision to give the crown to India, would mean a huge opportunity for the organization to use its platform to help the country recover from the 2nd wave of corona virus. Some people think that adline was nervous during evening gown , but she was not , she was just overwhelmed and very emotional 🥺🥺 It's all because in middle of the April when she got covid and the covid situation in our country got terrible and even US banned many flights from India , so she thought that she would not be able to come for the competition. I will say this year there will be surprises. And I’m pretty much sure that we will see a-lot of European countries in top 21. My top picks are not based on a pretty face and a good walk. I feel like there are a lot of girls this year that is trying to duplicate Catriona and zozi Tunzi personality and walk and believe me the judges will notice this. Few girls that stood out to me Canada ( my absolute favorite) Iceland ( I think she will be the dark horse) France Venezuela( her walk is slow but she has a commanding aura, maturity and presence) Nepal Puerto Rico ( I didn’t like the gown tho ) Peru/ Nicaragua Few people that didn’t satisfy me: - Thailand ( copy of Catriona) - Philippines ( beautiful lady but that yellow dress is a no to me and sadly didn’t go well with the stage presentation and color. Hopefully she can fix this tomorrow) - Mexico (good but not great, I think she is overhyped just like last year) - Peru (sometimes I love her and other times I don’t) - Vietnam (pretty but that’s it )

Amanda totally emulating Catriona.. For me, Thailand is still not yet moved on to Catriona's flawless win in Bangkok.. Remember, MUO is looking for fresh and different queens every year.. Take note, Catriona's successor Zozibini is far different to Catriona.. That year, Thailand send Paweensuda trying to copy Catriona as well.. This is my strict observation for Thailand.. They're obviously using Catriona formula hahaha

Catriona not the creation of everything. All movement that she done has been done by other queens before. The turns halfway or full turned or slow walk cat did not invent. She get it from other queens and put her own styling. I seen queens in the past before Catriona was born did the turns the walk etc… She did a lot of stuff that Miss Texas have done many years ago. Even in this prelim Miss Mexico Peru Puerto Rico, Nepal, Vietnam and many more have done either half way turns or whole body turns put their hands on their hips etc…and they all walked slow in gown competition. No one should be walking fast it’s supposed to be elegantly slow and classy. No movement in pageantry is owned or copyright by any queens or Catriona before her or after her. All candidates choose movements and they or their trainers styles it specifically or precisely for them. It’s like figure skating they all know how to do the figure eight, the twist, the turns, the jump, and double or triple axial lutz and they styled their own routine from it. Same thing with pageantry….!! So no she did not copy..!!

I don't understand why every turn seems to be claimed as copying catriona by Filipino. So what's supposed to be doing by contestants after her? Turning and Flipping? I'm not from thailand, but Amanda's walk was different with cat's tho. Many Venezuelans did a great and unique walk as well before catriona. Just because Filipino all over on the internet It became so hyped. Even turning is basically a copy of long previous history of catwalk. You didn't need to turn if you want to make difference. as I mentioned you might do Flipping lol

@@randyfernanda5246 -You be surprised the things that some filipinos claimed that no other countries should copy besides the walk and the movement, the turns, the hands on hips, ( which really you can find on you tube how the models or a candidate can learn to do a halfway turns or full all around turns walk etc..) beside taking a training course for modeling or pageantry. Their people seems to claimed the invention of it all . They claimed the dress slits on the sides or any kind of slits or if a dress is cut a certain way you are not allowed to wear it.. They will keep bashing and bullying and tries to say it was stolen from them. Some of the frontrunners did not stand out during the preliminary competition. Cameroon and Nepal are the real dark horse. Philippines evening gown was amazing but the hairstyle was a little bit off however she carried the gown with elegance and her swimsuit performance was executed perfectly and I think it’s one of the best swimsuit pasarela this year followed by Nepal. I didn’t feel so much power from Thailand’s during swimsuit round but I commend her evening gown performance it was stunning. My Top 5 favorites 1. Puerto Rico 2. Philippines 3. South Africa 4. Peru 5. Thailand/Nepal Bubbling up: India, Jamaica, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and Vietnam

I cannot speak for all South African women but (in my opinion) simplify your routine... The less products, the better. Do not wear makeup unless you have to and definitely do not go to sleep with MU still on! ALSO SPF EVERY DAY... Honestly, I really don’t know how this year will go. The judges for sure had a really hard time. It’s very competitive & there is no clear winner. I guess it would just go down on who connected the most with judges during the interviews. I really think there’s going to be a lot of surprises & heartbreaks on finals night. I actually made 2 lists. Who I Want and Who I Think Will Place. Having said that, combining my 2 lists, my Top 5 came down to this: Peru, South Africa, Australia, Mexico, Puerto Rico Then my Top 10: Romania, Canada, Nepal, India, Thailand
