My guest today is Satya Lights, who is a dear sister of mine, a friend that I crossed paths with several years ago when I was in training in Los Angeles. Satya is a Multidisciplinary Healer, Poet, Coach, and Mentor who masterfully wields a wide range of tools and practices that facilitate healing on both the individual and collective levels. She weaves together many different modalities in her holistic practice, including hypnotherapy and the ceremonial medicine known as kambo.
