Wow I relate to this so much. I'm currently 14 and I have also known I was gay since around 10 or 11. At first I wasn't really sure how to feel about it but thanks to Alayna and other creators I was able to find myself and kinda accept my identity. No one in my personal life really knows, but it makes me feel better to know others also have similar experiences. Don't worry too much about what your family thinks right now and focus on staying happy and protecting your mental health. ❤

Also if someone is spotting you and you hit the mat, the person has taken some of the cushion out of your fall because of the tension from them standing on it. And that can cause injuries. So don’t spot in the gym!
