I don’t know who Ms Belcher is in terms of her role but she is the only one who seems to understand the urgency of this situation. That girl needs so much help and immediately! This hands off “well, there’s nothing we can do if she won’t accept help” attitude is absolutely unacceptable when talking about a teenager with trauma, addiction, and mental health concerns!

Ms. Belcher seems to be the only one panicking that she is missing and really worried about her! Every kid deserves someone who loves them that way, but it's sad she needed a GAL in order to have that.

Sadly this young girls often get into the wrong hands when they are in need of drugs ! Even in this missing picture she looks completely drugged up ! So so sad , hope we get an update on this case

I agree with the Dad, if they took her from the home they should know where she is. She should not have been put in a hotel with a cell phone 🙄 Did they think she was just gonna hang out & watch TV?

Right and they threw her into a hotel 60 miles from where her family/fiends are! I don’t understand why they thought what they were doing was a good idea!

In WV alone there are currently over 5,000 children in CPS care residing in hotels/motels.... many alone because they do not have placement for them. These aren't just teenagers either. This is one of CPS's many dark secrets, its one that's gard to blame them for though. Its a catch 22 situation. I'm a foster mom myself and we are severely lacking in placement. Its become so bad that the standards are dropping. I can technically have 6 fosters to one room on mats, don't even need beds. As long as the kids all have the same thing to sleep upon and are the same sex its acceptable. Obviously, I have better standards but you can easily see how simple this is for a cash grab for some and how so many kids are falling through the cracks. Its deplorable.

This is such a crap situation. Its only worse cuz of all the finger pointing and blame casting since those things become the focus instead of everyone working together for solutions. This child is at an age where, short of physically restraing her in a lock down type of situation 24/7, if she's gonna refuse help and take off then that's what she's gonna do. No one will prevent that. But the second someone tries to do that then everyone screams about her rights. When you have a teen/adult with mental health issues the choices are either safety and mental health as the priorities or personal freedom rights. You can't always maintain both at the same time. It sucks absolutely but that's the reality

Oh no! Well at least she has grandparents. The Department doesn't step up enough when it comes to runaways. They could do a mental health warrant on Bianca based on what she said in the last communications with Belcher

They likely have one out. I know a foster kiddo who ran away for 2 months before they found him and arrested him on the CPS warrant. He’s said he’s going to run again if he goes to a group home.

The woman to the upper left corner, she making faces and doesn’t seem uninterested . I’m not a psychologist or in the mental health . She probably was sexually abused and drugs go hand in hand with abuse, it can be addiction can be anything.😢❤

She's a 16 year old child, with a child, who has severe trauma. She's not garbage she's broken

And there are just far too many broken children in this world right now. I blame social media but I know there are a myriad of other reasons. I wish we had a mental health policing system, to take the mental health problems off the police (to let them concentrate on all other crimes) and have a dedicated policing/trained system to deal with people with mental health problems, a number that seems to be increasing rapidly.

It's hard, a child/almost young adult does need accountability and scrutiny but age considered. Good to do both.

This young girl in on her way to being a statistic, there is a huge threat from human trafficking and she sounds like a prime candidate for it, looking for someone, anyone to pay attention to her, addicted to meth and willing to do whatever she can to get it, she is going to have to help herself in order to get help, she thinks she is big enough to have a child (obviously that is sarcasm) and be on her own so the only one who can help her is herself, she has to reach a rock bottom and hopefully it's not to late, lots of time, energy and resources being wasted on her, and yes, wasted
