Hi, Casey: Since 73 I've amassed around 3 million miles trucking, and one thing that's always been in the foreground of my mind is weather. If it looked iffy, I would have been the one to sit stuck with frozen brakes, and broken equipment, not the dispatcher in his warm cubbyhole, and 8 hour workday. I've pissed off more people than is probably believable, but didn't have accidents, or unwarranted breakdowns brought on by weather. I never allowed dispatchers to push me to do things that were illegal or potentially dangerous, and boy oh' boy' they know all the tricks. Anyhow, you're doing just fine, and speaking bluntly-- when it's called for-- clears the air for all parties involved. Michael Rzewuski

Customers got over the delay and if they were understanding that we caring for them as much as us, they would call us back for another job. Good call Casey. I can hear the frustration in your voice but using good sense can be some comfort. Forget the naysayers they were not on sight you were. Good video.
