I was wondering how do I make the food to feed a baby Finch right now the mother and father are neglecting the smallest one and she's hungry. Any information would be highly appreciated thank you

Isn't the daddy bird supposed to scoop up the poop from the babies into his mouth and spit it out outside the nest? Bad daddy.
