I tried it and it was so good! It was very easy to make, and I will definitely be making it again! I would recommend putting in more sugar, because it wasn’t very sweet. Other than that, it was delicious!

if your dough ever gets hard put 2 fingers in some hot water and rub it against the dough it will get hard later you can repeat it if its still hard (I only tried it with hot water so I don't know if it works with cold water)

You can dust with powdered sugar or condensed milk if you want it to be really sweet! For me, additional powder sugar is too sweet but it’s up to you!

i love the video and how its explained how to make them :) i would love to make those myself at home, sadly the one ingredient i would miss is the gluteinous rice flour.... in every shop i went they told me they don't have it since rice flour is gluteinfree from the beginning... can i use something else as a substitue there? :(

Try online shops. You can search for glutinous rice flour or sweet rice flour or mochiko. They are all same. Btw, glutinous rice flour contains no gluten as it is made from rice!

hey there! I think I really got a good channel for looking best Hanami Dango 🍡💖💖ingredients but the problem is can I skip that first step (mixing Glutinous rice flour)? it is okay for my dango to skip only that step cause I couldn't find it in my area🙁🙁

Hi, thanks for your question. Honestly, glutinous rice flour is needed to get the chewy texture of dango. How about online stores like Amazon. You can search for “mochiko” . Hope you have a chance to find it!❤️
