Are the whatshers bigger than the hole by the coolfin back? The two you put first near by the belt i was always thinking That ther must be a ring whatsher thats fall in the back of the coolfin vario side you now What in mean?

Nice video! I have a question. Why do my clutch pads keep getting polished and my scooter gets jerky when I accelerate? I have to use sandpaper on the pads every few hundred kilometers. Why is this constantly happening? I used to have a gilera vxr 200 and this never happened but on my piaggio x8 it's killing me.

Get a pm tuning adjustable clutch. Comes with clutch springs aswell. Also get a malossi variator. Big difference in acceleration and top speed

u can experiment with distancing the outer disc, with washers on the inside yes

You can add washers so belt is lower on the variator but know you will probably lose belt travel when variator is fully open and high speeds will be more revvy. Original Config is 1mm washer behind pulley then 0.5mm infront of pulley then kickstart cog.
