Love to watch you cook fast!! Some Southern cooks I've watched takes all day to cook. They are not organized, talk slow, move slow, prepare the meal slow. You whip that meal up in a hurry and have 100% command of that kitchen, I just love it and you. Keep up the good work.

Love you, that is EXACTLY the way my Mom made fried steak and milk gravy! The so called "chicken fried steak" where it is coated with a thick batter was all new to me. Mom just dredged it in seasoned flour and fried it up. She would have used whole milk and very little water if any for gravy. Thanks for sharing. BTW: kind of misnomer for me to call it southern, born and raised in Indiana!

This is one of my all time favorite meals along with mashed potatoes. After I make the gravy I like to put the meat back in it and let it very slowly simmer for awhile. It really makes the meat tender. Love all your videos!

I never had a good gravy that was made with flour!!! Cold water and cornstarch make an exceptionally great tasting and texture gravy.

Eli Garcia Lots of women don't cook or can't cook. I found western women (mostly) just open something from a packet, a box or buy processed, canned, frozen or fast food. They love the bastardised, inedible versions of spaghetti bolognaise and pizzas which are the total opposite of the authentic and delicious original. Very, very few cook very well. The opposite of Asian, Middle Eastern, African and Latin Americans. So no, not every woman do what misty does.
