we will miss Mitch. i heard a few of suicide silence songs so i wouldn't call myself a big fan but i had friends who had the band save them so i respect them and will miss Mitch. i'm glad that band existed or i wouldn't have ashley, sarah, or sherry as friends today. they miss him so much. we will miss him but he will always be in fans' hearts

His music is meant to fucking headbang to and fuck shit up. Of course his lyrics have a deep personal meaning but I wouldn't go as far as to say they "saved" your friends. it's not some soft core post hardcore genre it's death metal at its finest.
