Yeah for real! Like the chain chomp is intentional I'm sue, and the others I can sorta imagine in principle that some weird thing could happen where a "flying" bit gets miss set our something, that's the kind of thing that just happens sometimes in these old console games. But the boomerang guy, and from such a random set of conditions? Just, What?
