Concrete domes because of their shape they don't experience the levels of noise pollution that other structures experience. The sound waves do not strike a dome home in the same manner. Concrete does not burn wild fire can burn right up to a dome home and not affect the home. The dome is super efficient 1/3 the energy that alone is worth building. Uses LESS concrete than stick built home? Built on time shell constructed first. Projected lifespan of dome 500 years this is a legacy home.

If you feel forced to rent rather than rent an apartment live from your TTMH pay for a postage stamp size property where U have utilities. Then you have wash machine cable and a freezer in a small shed. Then you can install many solar panels on your property and be considered off grid with your production of utilities. Problem is securing land. I have owned just such a property but their laws prevented my living this way they wanted me to build a house. I could not get loan to build?

If U pay rent $11,139 U can't make it but if U own land 1can farm on it is more than enough. Car insurance is $600 health $1,200 meds. Thrift one can live well rather than a prius have a tuk tuk home. Insurance drips to ~$200 a year max for mid age fuel is less if you live in your ride you don't drive as much. 15lbs ice every other day ~$365 less if U contract ice, that could provide water comfort and food safety. River side gardens could help too if you pump H2O plant dumpster dove plants.

Some nations feel if they set the bar high for poverty they will establish a higher standard of living. I can't speak for other nations but USA has a poverty level set individual was $11,139 two people, the weighted average threshold was $14,218. people: $17,374,Four people: $22,314,Five people: $26,439,Six people: $29,897. That is not a good way to measure it. I own my own land, prius car, we are efficient I can grow food hunt fish, dumpster dive recycle for additional resources that don't show.

Also the way we treat our sewerage is not all there. We are not recovering the methanegas that is present in all decomposing matter. What would be the gain if we would concentrate on recovering these gas. What would be the benefit if we recovered the urine rather than treat it as something bad we use it to make amonia it could be used as ferterlizer for crops and refrigeration. PEAK OIL is going to dictate we eveolve or die the age of hydrocarbon man is soon to pass. Aquaponics can provide too.

So judges are only interested to do a good job based on their property rights? Sounds weird. These property rights proponents would be right if most property is up for grabs but when most property is owned by a few then it is just propaganda to keep those with most property on top.

His argument about the importance of property rights is appropriate for the Capitalist society, but it misses the big picture. In fact, while property rights do benefit mainly those on top, the institutions created by the rich and the big companies still provide services for the society, pay the taxes, improve infrastructure, etc. So at first glance property rights are indeed important. The biggest problem with this is, of course, the fact, that the Capitalist system is inherently exploitative, as well as wasteful due to its natural inclination towards the overproduction of some goods, and the generation of a huge deficit of other goods and services. There were studies conducted in the 1980s by American scientists that showed that at the same level of economic development (so, for example, a Capitalist 2000$ country versus a Socialist 2000$ country) Socialist countries showed better indicators in terms of health, education, food security and quality of life. In fact, I can even give a famous example from the top of my head: Burkina Faso, a small African country, started rapidly creating healthcare and educational institutions and managed to greatly improve its life expectancy and food security indicators under Tomas Sankara, the so-called ''African Che Guevara'' (he is probably the most famous Socialist\Communist president in Africa, and he was, sadly, assassinated in a pro-capitalist coup). Not to mention the fact that Burkina Faso was probably the only country in the region that started combatting climate change and desertification on its territory as far as the 1980s, thanks to its Socialist government. If you're interested in knowing more about the aforementioned study, as well as about some other interesting studies on the topic of critiquing Capitalism and the established consensus on economic development, I would suggest watching this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rGfRlZmqZ5eEhs0

HOA if you ask me make for poverty they are a tax on people sure they provide benefits but to say just living off of less will mean you are not a moral person is obtuse. So called poverty does not create crime the lack of morals creates crime. Lack of morals at all levels on the streets and the suites. I say the suites bc these set policy mandating home regulations. Sure at one time these were needed but not any longer if people build concrete dome homes they will never need to be spaced so far.

@@pabloemiliorui2281 Frankly, I don't know why my comment is HERE, youtube SNAFU ? It feel like a comment on current(then) tech that would be obsolete quickly.. nothing about poverty, It's a kind of comment I'd put on these, since I'm a 55 YO programmer and used to hype and buzz in the industry. (something about smartphone programming.. maybe it was a course on windows's phone.. see how they fared since)
