Is this Monaco layout from Need For Speed better than the original?

Monaco has been featured in various video games, and it's always a joy when they take their own spin on the layout of the circuit. This layout presented is known as Riviera from Need For Speed - Shift 2: Unleashed; a high speed version of Monaco, which is a lot less technical than the original but sure is very fun to drive one.
