Yes. Don’t stretch your skin with filler- it will stretch it. I don’t have filler but had severe pre eclampsia in my last pregnancy and swelled up 40+ lbs in a couple weeks from water retention due to pre eclampsia . My skin has never been quite the same.

I'm glad I didn't do anything crazy with my face. I just do proper routine every day. Love it. 49. Looking like 35

I started Botox in my early twenties and I honestly love that I did. I didn’t do a lot of procedures that altered my face and made me fit into a mold, but I was and still am looking after my skin. I understand that some people simply don’t care if they do have fine lines and wrinkles and that’s absolutely fine. I just think it’s also okay for people like me to get procedures done to prevent fine lines and wrinkles. I’m 34 and I understand that it’s natural to age, I just want to maintain whatever it is I already have for as long as I can. That includes not sleeping with my makeup, wearing SPF, not tanning…

I ADORE Nadine (and Jo!!), she is so well informed, always HONEST, and unbelievably clever ... she always rates products according to their ingredients and effectiveness irrespective of cost. LOVE HER!! This was great. I think the Geek and Gorgeous products are great and very reasonably priced. Their cleansing balm is so so gorgeous and lush!! Thank you Susan. I am really enjoying your interviews/this channel. xxx

Also Susan i did notice your looking so much fresher and better recently and i think its as you said getting the filler dissolved. I need to get mine dissolved too i utterly regretted it especially my under eyes 😢

I wish genetics was mentioned. As well as lifestyle. Incredibly underrated the two. I believe Jlo and common folks who prioritize lifestyle age way less harshly. No doubt she does tweaks but she’s also doing the big rock lifestyle things too. Exercise with weights tightens skin. It fills out the skin with lean muscle. Cardio brings blood flow to the skin. Lots of water too is amazing for the dermis. A diet rich in vitamin C is going to be king.
@MariaLuckyxoАй бұрын
Yes, excellent points. I notice everyone who I think looks great at 55 plus, never had fillers and enjoys working out regularly. You're so right about cardio and blood flow and weight training keeping lean muscle.

Botox is good but when do you just accept yourself ,we all don’t need a facelift .we need to love ourselves and also we are enough and not the same as anyone else. Why not have more confidence and stop comparison and judgement. When you have the startled look it looks weird. It’s not natural .When young girls have cheek filler,lips pumped up they look fake and trashy not a good look.❤

I think it's a cultural thing tbh I'm Arab and in our culture it's quite normal to talk like this. It's this way in many European countries too. It's not quite interrupting but stacking on a conversation tbh it's very similar to how ADHD people talk sometimes haha

Nadine is the number one voice in her industry in the UK. Yes she gets excited with enthusiasm but is that the worst thing? Incidentally, she does nothing but champion Susan and her brand in her own content. Nadine also has a very popular ‘chat’ format with beauty marketing guru JoJones where let’s say they ‘layer’ voices. I take your point, but when you know her this is just Nadine being aware this is for a certain market and is trying to fill with info.
