Thank you so much for this wonderful video! As someone who struggles with hidradenitis suppurativa and also ED, it gave me a new perspective and a lot of insight on how to approach my eating and at times extremely restrictive “diet” to help manage my symptoms. I appreciate you! 💕

Thank you so much for this videos! I am definitely incorporating they liposomal vit C. I wish they could add the exact supplement she uses. Since Covid I have had so much hair loss.

This was so helpful, and mostly because it was realistic! I loved that she likened it to working out in the gym and the need to work up to things. That makes so much sense.

I thought I had IBS, turns out I have three different hernias and severe twisting in the joins made by my gastric bypass surgery (the dr made a mistake). I also no longer have a gallbladder, and if you’ve removed yours you’ll understand what I’m on about. Now, after having a major (7 hr) emergency surgery my gut can’t handle much. I’m only day 18 in though. 😭

You said all women say they have ibs but I don’t actually think they do. I have ibs as a guy and struggle to eat anything. I don’t think I’ve ever come across anyone who has to restrict their diet like I do. People just throw ibs around if they get a bit of wind

Also, I don’t think its correct that you can just retrain your Brain to tolerate food. There’s certain things in the foods that you’ll never be able to digest properly, hence the issues after eating

I had Covid in January 2023. Ever since I suffer from major IBS problems. I visited every specialist you can imagine. Nothing helps. It really hinders me to participate in normal socializing activities.

I went to a nutritionist for a long time after dealing with stomach issues. Unfortunately, it is chronic and hereditary on my paternal side of the family. The woman I went to (not much older than I am) was a saint. I don't know what I would have done without her. I love this episode and Emily is awesome. 🥰
