Gen 5 was the only one to make me feel chills and genuine awe. Best soundtrack, best story, best villains, and some dang good Pokémon designs. I think Pokémon peaked between Gen 5 and X/Y, which I also loved. I just haven’t felt the same about Pokémon since then.

Just a tip from me though, and this is for everyone! Don't buy max repels, you'll pay 2800 dollars for a 1000 steps whereas with super repels, you pay 2500 dollars for a 1000 steps 😉

I feel bad for my younger self playing this game. I couldnt read the text. I accidently released my starter, i did it at the daycare. I blamed the daycare lady for it. So I tryed to beat the whole game with a Timburr with my real name until it evolved to gurdurr. Then I could not evolve it to conkedurr. Plus, I spent days trying to find the black stone at the 2nd gym city. And, Only last week I found out that to evolve gurdurr you have to trade, :/

No. if you fail to, or chose not, to catch the legendary in Ns castle, it will then appear in dragon spiral tower as a respawn point. Each legendary is exclusive to their respective game.

Ok so dumb kid story, when I was eight I got this game for the first time and my brother helped me get a victini with fusion flat and fusion bolt. Mistake#1 was that I gave it an all fire moveset getting rid of fusion bolt and being completely weak to water types. Mistake#2 I used it more than my starter Pokémon so every Pokémon I had was weak. Mistake#3 when I transferred Pokémon to Ultra Sun and reset my Sun game I didn’t realize that i accidentally forgot to put my favorite mythical in the game!

In Pokémon white when it was time for me to catch zekrom I didn’t have any pokeballs. I didn’t even know I was supposed to catch it since I was stupid and I skipped all dialogue, then once I kept running I finally read what the dialogue said. “It looks like it wants to be caught”. Turns out I had 1 pokeball that the game gave me to catch it. Caught it first try. It’s funny that game forces you to catch it and if you don’t have any pokeballs it just gives you one. (Also I fainted Kyurem. It didn’t give me a second try.”
