@wittkacy5 ай бұрын
@@roninthegoat2810 no doubt that he leads a healthy lifestyle. But forward-tilt ergonomic chairs are an actual thing. It's called "active sitting," because they engage your core, reduce strain, enhance circulation, and, above all, improve posture. There's lots of info online on these chairs.

Will always be waiting for his breakdown of Trilogy and Kiss Land by The weeknd! Angelo was possessed when creating these records!

It's Illangelo 😭 but yeahhhh I totally agree with you! Illangelo and Doc were possessed fr 😂
@Mattxoxo6236 ай бұрын
Though i think it would be really hard to break down those albums, they aren't any one specific genre but mixtures of several 90s to early 2000s genres like Trip Hop and Dream Pop. Although Trip Hop is almost extinct nowadays. Even if they do break down Trilogy or KL, it would be quite hard to understand it still
@ericklopezzz6 ай бұрын
@@Mattxoxo623 trilogy and kiss land are very different true, and i even think illangelo didnt have much (if at all) production in kiss land. but i think it would be amazing for him to go through some tracks in the trilogy, or at least a track or two within the 3 mixtapes like house of balloons. the characteristics of each song is carried throughout every song imo
@Mattxoxo6236 ай бұрын
@@ericklopezzz agreed, btw you right, Illangelo did not produce any of the KissLand songs, they were all done by DannyBoyStyles and Doc. Illangelo did produce some songs for Weeknd during his KissLand Sessions but they were scrapped. I totally agree with you tho, some songs like Loft Music really need to be broken down, the production on that song still amazes me to this day.
@GYMMOTIVATIONN5285 ай бұрын
@@Mattxoxo623man the production on loft music its literally just a pitched up sample with a shaperbox automation lmfaooo + most actual production were on the processing of the drums and the arregment of the song itself lol

@joshuakalani5905 ай бұрын
He clearly stated that he used to use Cubase since childhood but switched to Ableton recently as you can tell from his streams to .For comparison the weeknd's breakdown on here for afterhours is from 2020 and this record is an old session from 2017 back when he used cubase. Am amazed that the session is running from that long ago and no missing plugins or stems .You can tell he's organized. Cubase doesn't suck , you just lack sufficient techniques . Learn the techniques he shows and apply them to your DAW of choice. I use Ableton and it's pretty flawed on some DAW basics but am a junkie for it's work flow.
