@JasonP63398 күн бұрын
She feels like she's so disconnected from the real world and how real life works. She feels like an actual bureaucratic bot..... I guess for some things that's actually preferable and is a good thing, but for a lot of these smaller cases it simply doesn't translate. These smaller case really need nuance and real world life experience from the judge to handle them properly and unfortunately she seems to lack both. I think she would be better served in a senior judge position, on a panel of judges, on some type of major appellate court or something.

when she's repeating what was already said as part of pre-trial.. no.. they dont want a repeat. maybe if mom wasnt in a moving car she could pay attention to the court proceedings and know they ALREADY knew what she was going to say.
@huma4748 күн бұрын
@@jwitkoff So you're also saying that the mother's story means nothing and should be ignored. Even though the Prosecution asked the mother to be present to help present victim information. The mother didn't say much because she picked up on the Judge's active disdain for an out of state party trying to provide information. Which only means the Judge doesn't care about the people this animal hurts unless they are in Illinois.
