It was actually the Spice channel. It was a pay per view channel and it was scrambled if you didn't pay. Every so often you'd see a titty.

It isn't a messed up VHS tape. Some pay-TV channels showed porn, but they were scrambled, and you couldn't see them unless you had a converter. If you tried to watch them without a converter, you would generally get the audio, but the video would be a scrambled.

More accurately, they would keep the signal or image scrambled unless you paid for that program. The technical terms I don't know but I know that what old school analog was before digital. American Pie is one of best raunchy comedy movies in the late 90's! Stiffer is the man, the "Go Tos Go To" the MVP of the entire series. American Pie is comedy, great section!

This is one of the franchises where every movie is good. American Pie 2 is hilarious, I honestly think Wedding is the best, and Reunion is really solid as well. I don't count the other spin-offs as part of the franchise though because they have very little to do with any characters or anything. They're bargain bin DVD type movies, but the other 3 after this are definitely reaction worthy.

Fun facts: Eugene Levy, the Dad, was supposed to have a significantly smaller role in the movie than he did, and his role was already pretty small, but he bonded so well with the cast and did the role so well, his screen time was expanded. The character was also supposed to be much more blunt, but Eugene was just too funny, so they kept it. Also, most of his lines were completely improvised, because he threatened to quit if he wasn't allowed to do so The guy who played Stifler was only paid $8000 for the first movie, but it helped turn him into a 2000s staple in comedy movies, which earned him millions The Pie Scene almost got the film an NC-17 rating. that was avoided by having Jason Biggs just sort of gyrate on the pie instead of explicitly thrusting his hips The band during the Nadia Scene is actually the band Blink-182 The Pale Ale Scene, obviously isn't semen, but it was raw egg whites. Seann almost vomiting was an actual legitimate reaction The actress who plays Michelle is actually an accomplished clarinet player
