Why didn't you just modify the Clevis? Grinding the side down to fit, seems like a better idea. I'd rather redesign the Clevis than have people cutting into the car. The less modification to the car the better.

Unfortunately, that is just the nature of the game when it comes to track cars. We feel this solution is pretty straightforward.
