I just can't believe how fast and smooth you can move and memorize it all. Can I ask you how long it took you to develop this skill? I wanna learn to write music like this instead of just strumming. You make it look so easy haha Also can't imagine also singing while doing that😮

Hi, I'm actually playing it in real-time from the tab, I don't have the time to memorize anymore. I have been playing for 14 years but I am a professional musician with masters in ukulele performance and run my own academy and online course, so I'm not really the average player to compare to (ie not everyone chooses music as their profession). So I'd say if you want to improve your technique then invest in lessons or a course like mine (which is now on sale for mother's day!!), and if you want to write/arrange music then you'd need music theory on the side as well I make it look easy but you don't see the 14 years it took to get there , so don't get fooled by the looks, it wasn't easy for sure ^_^ And no, you can't sing, you're playing 3 things at the same time adding a singing layer would be too much, this is not the same as strumming where you're doing one thing

THANK YOU SO MUCH I am an "advanced" ukulele player and it's impossible to increase my skills as a player when everything is made for beginners. This is just what I needed to keep up the practice and improve so Thank you!!!!

Quick Q, Are you using a high G? At first I assumed you would be but it sounds much lower

Awesome! check out Gangsta's Paradise (it is a step above advanced) as well as Fur Elise and Claire de Lune (both advanced), hmmm Mozart's Aria Vienni Ala Finestra would suite that as well all here on this channel. There are others of course and next week I'm uploading Michael Jackson's Beat It as well as other advanced arrangements as I prepare for an advanced Ukulele Course now that my beginner-intermediate course is done Let me know how it goes!

@@chriskei76 I know but since they're imported where I'm from, I have to buy them with dollars. So if your country's currency isn't worth much that makes them expensive.
