​@@brianadams8832 Well, I was mainly talking about the underpowered 765G, but, if you look hard enough, yes. Look at the Poco X3, Moto G 5G Plus, Vivo iQOO Z1X 5G, ZTE Axon 20 5G. Point is this is worth much less than they're selling it for, and the only people who would want this phone are people who don't care about specs, like Pixel cameras, and like Stock Android. The Pixel 4a fulfills all of that for half the price! I mean, there is no difference between the Pixel 4a camera and Pixel 5 one, look it up! It may have slightly worse specs, but again, you probably don't care about that. And they both have Stock android. To put the price tag a little more in perspective (if the 300$ phones like it didn't help you understand) this is releasing for the almost same price as the Pixel 3, which had the latest chipset, an amazing camera, and was actually a complete phone, unlike this "budget" phone!

I care about results, not specs when it comes to this. Google will likely release a phone (next 2 years) that features a new sensor they will use for 3+ years because consistency matters. This almost feels like a return to Google's Nexus roots... and I think that's a great thing. Nexus phones were never meant to be top of the line flagships. Nexus phones were simple honest phones that just worked, with understated durable designs, and excellent software integration. I will definitely be picking up a Pixel 5 in the near future.

I was so excited about the a series of Pixels because it makes it more accessible.

I used to ask people why they wanted the new iPhone and their reply was "uhhh... It's new?" They didn't even know if any added features. I've had mine for a day and half so far.. enjoying it.. There are some bugs with android 11 that are annoying me but I've read that will change soon... Upgraded from a hauwei p20 pro - love the way it feels in my hand.. feels iphonesque... in a good way (Android 4 lyf) Cam is dope... the phone just feels stylish and nice.

I bought the initial Pixel when it was launched... Best software experience on Android; prompt security updates and patches, and from what we gather, 3 years of software update is better than any other Android OEM. But the problems ran deeper than what you saw on surface. Phone started to hang up by itself (suspiciously around the time when Pixel 2 was launched), and battery life was horrendous. Also, the phone loses its value far quicker than any other phone on the market, so if you're someone who upgrades/changes their phone every year or so, I wouldn't recommend a Pixel device at all.

I live in India, and when I bought the Pixel 1, it cost me INR 57,500, which is roughly 800 USD (steep for a flagship in 2017). When my Pixel started to hang up by itself, I had it exchanged for an LG G7+, and I received just INR 10,900 for it, which is roughly 150 USD. I didn't want to switch, rather I was forced to due to my Pixel's issues.

I was eagerly anticipating the price of iPhone 12 mini, as I'm looking to switch and I like smaller form factors, but they priced it around 70k INR, which is more than 900 USD. So it's a no go for me. I think the only real flagship that provides all around best value at a reasonable price is OP8 Pro, but after reading a ton of user reviews and the issues that come with it, I might just go with the regular OP8.
