I am a planner/journal girlie and I will definitely splurge on a well designed planner, but I would never spend $100+ on one. I've never even seen one that expensive either, $60 is the highest I've really seen anywhere. It just shows how un-savvy of a business woman she is that she can't price her products to be competitive with the relative market.

I lost a weekend to absolutely HYPER FIXATING on like planners that you can design yourself and have like custom set ups and stuff. None of them were 120. And there was one that my friend highly suggested but when I go to like the extras or whatever and they had like pages and stuff for "network marketing" and I was so put off by that I was like nope can't buy from this brand. Planners are not life changing. I have BPD, ADHD and OCD tendencies, and I WANT to do a planner so so so badly but nothing works. Even after getting medication and what not, it’s just something that doesnt work for me, no matter how simple it is. There are very few things you should ever buy “sight unseen,” especially in the digital age where it’s so easy to post pictures of your product. Then to go on a rant about how privileged you are right after that? What a bad look. Edit: Wait, if you want to “get things out of [stock]”, don’t you usually LOWER the price? So...her 60% on government assistance stat...she may be talking about the full spectrum of assistance ...think in terms of Medicaid and Medicare ..if you add in all the people on Medicare, who have that assistance and have worked to earn it and are retired, along with all the people on Social Security...again who earned that through working in the majority of their adulthood, but technically is a government assistance program, maybe she's right. But, we all know when it comes to what she is implying...on that note that star doesn't work out, and she is wrong to suggest it!
