60 pounds for this complex in my opinion is not advisable unless you’re relatively advanced with KBs. I’d say a 24KG bell is gonna be better for intermediates, and a 20 or 16 better for beginners. I also don’t get the point of the step back for the single-arms swings and high pulls. Seems like it adds unnecessary complication and could cause injury unless you’re pretty advanced.
