Ariel with the “what’s the point what’s to gain” what’s to gain Dustin vs Nate ? What’s to gain Ariel ?

Interesting to hear Rakic being so confident he would have won if it wasn’t for the injury. To me he had a great 2nd round but even if Jan was bothered by the blood in the eye I clearly had him winning 1st and probabaly winning 3rd as well. And those leg kicks and checks from Jan really seemed to slow Rakic down. But hey, confidence is king I suppose. Wish him the best and that he comes back with a venegance. Because if his plan is to take his opponent down but not really go for sub or gnp he has to go on a MASSIVE streak to get a title shot.

Saying ”i cut him with one jab!” like it’s some kind of accomplishment is why its hard to like Rakic the character. It was just luck that it landed where it did and cut Jan like it did. Its not like he planned it. Also saying he ”landed a couple [of calf kicks]…” is also a red flag for me. He needs to be honest. Jan checked every single kick CLEARLY visually hurting Rakic more then Jan.

Hey Ariel, I've got the solution to your mystery. Why do they call coconut meat "meat" when a piece of mango is called "flesh"? --That's because coconuts are not fruit, but nuts. And with nuts, it's called "meat." or "nut meat." It just seems strange with the fresh young coconuts because the "meat" is so soft/slurpy.

Im sure Jan isn't as happy as he could be with the win, but Jan was 53/94 in total strikes and 31/71 in significant strikes, Rakic was 61/125 in total and 27/85 in significant. So it was close, Jan barley out stuck him in significant strikes, and his percentages were better. I could've had a Jan bias a bit, but it seemed to me Jan was landing the larger shots, nothing for either fighter to Han their heads about though.
